Anti-Fraud Policy
WVP International has been providing visa and immigration services across India for more than a decade. Over the years, we have earned the trust of thousands of clients through our commitment to transparency, integrity, and professional service. To further strengthen this commitment, we have established a comprehensive Anti-Fraud Policy to safeguard our clients from fraudulent activities.
Our Anti-Fraud Policy is designed to safeguard clients against immigration fraud and misinformation. Created in the best interests of individuals seeking overseas migration opportunities, it helps ensure a secure, transparent, and trustworthy immigration process for all.
Payments and Dealings with WVP Staff:
- Always ask for a receipt when making a payment. WVP International issues an official receipt for every payment received, regardless of the amount. A copy of the receipt is also sent to the client’s registered email address. For payment-related queries, please email us at info@wvpinternational.com
- Do not enter into any verbal or informal agreement with a WVP employee or any person claiming to represent WVP International. The company will not be responsible for any such arrangements made outside official company procedures.
- Do not make additional payments to any employee for special services or promises. If any staff member offers to alter your profile or arrange documents in exchange for extra payment, please report the matter to management immediately.
Please Note: The company is not liable for any verbal or written agreement made directly with an employee or any third-party reference. Any payment made outside official company channels is solely at the client's risk.
Fraud Prevention and Document Verification:
- WVP International does not accept cases involving fraudulent documents or false information. We process applications based on the information provided by the client and assume that all submitted details are accurate and genuine.
- WVP employees are strictly prohibited from engaging in any unlawful or unethical practices and are required to comply with company policies at all times.
- Do not be misled into believing that forged or altered documents can be used in a visa application. Such actions may result in application refusal and possible legal consequences.
- Do not believe anyone claiming they can influence visa processing times or approval decisions in exchange for money or favors. Visa decisions are made solely by authorized immigration and visa officers.
- Beware of individuals pretending to be embassy or visa officers. Genuine officials do not request money outside official procedures.
- Be cautious of fraudulent websites designed to imitate government or visa service websites. Always verify information through official sources.
- Do not fall victim to fake job offers or visa scams. Carefully verify any overseas opportunity before sharing money, personal information, or travel documents.
- WVP International does not guarantee jobs, visas, or immigration approvals. All decisions are made solely by employers, immigration authorities, and respective embassies or consulates.
